Lateness, Rescheduling and Cancellations:

If you arrive late to your appointment your service may need to be rescheduled. This allows us to service each client properly and respect each other's time.

 

We require 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. 

 

Late cancellations/reschedules will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

 

We understand emergencies exist and exceptions to this policy are at the discretion of the service provider.  

 

Unpaid cancellation fees will result in cancellations of future appointments. 

Multiple last minute cancellations may result in being required to pre-payment for future services booked.

 

A  non-refundable deposit is required to reserve time for multiple services or for appointments that consist of more than one hour. 

 

If your appointment was to be used with an internet voucher, such as

Groupon,  and you fail to adhere to the cancelation policy, the promotional amount is void, however the paid amount is never void.

 

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds:

In most cases a full refund or store credit is issued for goods that have not been opened and the packaging is undamaged, within 30 days of purchase.

 

We are unable to issue refunds for gift certificates or service packages.

 

Gift Cards:

Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be combined with any discounted offers or referral Cards.

 

Great Skin by Chryle is not responsible for lost or stolen cards - please treat them as cash.
